Networking-Article Publishing Policy

• When the CSDN writing Agent refuses an article because it detects keywords such as “circumvention / proxy”, network-related technical articles are published directly on this GitHub Pages blog.
• Such articles usually just provide reachability info about mainland-official mirrors (e.g. aliyun mirrors, atomgit code mirror repos) for programs or Agents to fetch — they do not cover circumvention content.

Sync Strategy

• Each project has one primary platform where it is first published.
• Other platforms are manually synced via HTTPS as mirrors.
• Real-time sync across all platforms is not guaranteed.
